Trump Ocean Club Panama Project Commissions Miami Designer

(PANAMA CITY, PANAMA) -- In preparation for its grand opening, Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower Panama commissioned Miami based furniture designer Adriana Hoyos to develop various design concepts for the residential portion of the development.  Hoyos, who has worked on established brands such as Swissotel and Starwood, developed the design of special and limited furniture collection for the Condo Residences.

"Trump Ocean Club has created the 'TOC Life Simplified' program that will assist buyers with various services that will accommodate all their needs, even after closing on their unit," explains the project's developer Roger Khafif, president of Panama-based K-Group. "The signature furniture sets will be one of many offerings of the program that will allow residents to enjoy a hassle-free experience while they settle into their home here."

Designed to appeal to the sophisticated international clientele of Trump Ocean Club, the project offers an urban modern look and feel for the Bay Lofts which enjoy spectacular views of the marina and Pacific Ocean. Using authentic textured woods contrasted with white finishes and urban art, the Bay Lofts will denote hints of the surrounding region while still encompassing a modern feel that features straight fine lines and solid black, white, and gray colors.

Trump Ocean Club's residents will also have the option of choosing one of three diverse design furniture sets exclusively designed for Trump Ocean Club's Condo Residences. The packages include custom designed furniture, fine design accessories, art, linens, glassware and cookware.

The first "Urban Minimalistic" package incorporates a simple modern feel featuring gray and white leathers blended with textiles, glass and steal. The "Tropical Elegant" package exudes a contemporary yet natural look where an earthy palette is accented with exotic textures.

Lastly, the "Soft Contemporary" package showcases a sophisticated and timeless appearance where fine fabrics in neutral colors bring warmth to the atmosphere. Each package will also come in various color stories that were selected to complement each style.

Trump Ocean Club is a $400 million development located in the exclusive Punta Pacifica area of Panama City. The largest real estate investment in Latin America, encompassing 2.8 million total square feet and 70 stories, calls for 700 condominiums and 370 condo-hotel units, a wellness spa, an oversized infinity pool & deck, yacht & private island beach club, upscale boutiques and shops, exclusive office lofts, an elite hotel sky lobby, business center, concierge service, valet parking, and bellmen.

Residence Club at El Corazon de Santa Fe Adds Partnership Program

(SANTA FE, NM) -- The Residence Club at El Corazon de Santa Fe continues to enhance its popular partnership program with some of Santa Fe's best restaurants, golf courses, art galleries, and spas.  These partners offer attractive discounts to owners of Santa Fe's only downtown, fractional ownership property. New partners include Mark White Gallery, Galisteo Bistro, and Vino del Corazon.

El Corazon owners can now enjoy a 20 percent discount when dining at nearby Galisteo Bistro. Owned by chef Robert and Marge Chickering, Galisteo Bistro serves international cuisine utilizing local, seasonal, and organic ingredients.  Mark White Gallery, located on Canyon Road, specializes in kinetic sculptures and painted engravings. El Corazon typically hosts owner cocktail receptions throughout the summer, and White is expected to be in attendance at one that will serve as a meet-and-greet with owners and guests.

Meanwhile, Vino del Corazon Wine Room, located near Santa Fe's famed Plaza, offers an intimate tasting room to sample local wines, including a merlot, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, and a blush. Owners Erica and Richard Hart will provide wines for El Corazon to place in residences for special occasions such as holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries.

"Our owners have sophisticated tastes when it comes to art, cuisine, and wine, making Vino del Corazon, Galisteo Bistro, and Mark White Gallery great additions to our partnership program," says Rob Harper, El Corazon's development manager.

"These partnerships greatly enhance our owners' visits to their second home in Santa Fe, and it is a productive way for area businesses to help promote each other."

El Corazon de Santa Fe is the area's first downtown private residence club, offering shared ownership with virtually unlimited use. Owners receive a one-eighth deeded interest in their residence, which can be sold, willed, or placed in a trust just like any other form of real estate.
