(ABU DHABI, U.A.E.) -- The rental market in the capital of the UAE continues to be saturated. The 588 villas in the new Sas Al Nakhl Village community developed by Sorouh in Abu Dhabi began to be marketed in July by Khidmah LLC, the first services management company in the country owned and operated by Emiratis. This week, just over two months later, Khidmah announced that all 588 villas had been leased.

Khidmah is a new company, launched in April, as a joint venture between Sorouh Real Estate and Capital Investment LLC.  In addition to Sas Al Nakhl Village, Khidmah also provides services management for two other all-villa developments, Khalidiya Village in Abu Dhabi and Al Oyoun Village in Al Ain.

Sutton Turner, CEO of Khidmah, said, "Sas Al Nakhl is a wonderful community developed by Sorouh, and we are very excited to be providing our extensive portfolio of services to its new residents. Leasing this community is just the beginning for Khidmah - the next step is to provide unmatched resident services with the rollout of our own maintenance, fitness, cleaning and landscaping teams."

According to data from Google, 39 percent of UAE said in a survey that they use online research before making a purchase. Khidmah management credits the company's website and free phone line for the success in renting the villas. In August more than 2,000 telephone inquiries were received. Sutton says having "a single point of contact" for customers is a "crucial" element in providing efficient service.
