Singer Jon Bon Jovi has listed his New York duplex penthouse, hoping to make a rockin' $18 million profit after six years.

Described by Real Estalker as a "painstakingly preserved middle-aged rock superstar," Bon Jovi and his wife, Dorothea Hurley, bought the mansion-size penthouse in SoHo for $24 million in 2007. Now the 7,500 square-foot, five-bedroom home is listed by Corcoran at $42 million.

Mr. Bon Jovi's New York hangout also includes five and a half bathrooms, a key lock elevator leading into the main foyer, 11-foot ceilings and "more than 3,100 square feet of fully landscaped exterior living space," according to Real Estalker.

After purchasing the swanky penthouse, Mr. and Mrs. Bon Jovi made changes to fit their personal tastes, turning the upper-level master suite into an elaborate media room. Mr. Bon Jovi then converted the lower level into a master suite, including a private entrance foyer, "over-sized street-facing windows," and a large two-sink bathroom, Real Estalker reports.

Offering plenty of space for Mr. Bon Jovi's friends and band mates, the penthouse has three bedrooms on the lower level, each with private bathrooms. Two U-shaped kitchens, with top of the line appliances, are also included in the deal.
