Singer Celine Dion has listed her Bahamian-style Jupiter Island compound with the hefty price tag of $72.5 million.

Located in the exclusive town north of Palm Beach, the 5.5-acre estate was custom-built for Ms. Dion and her family and features 415 feet of waterfront.

Listing photos and a video tour attempt to offer justification for the property's high price. It includes a 10,000-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath main residence with vaulted ceilings, media room, guest wing, screened in porch and elevator, according to the listing. The master bedroom has a wraparound terrace with two decks; one with a fireplace and the other with a hot tub. The walk-in closet has automated clothes and shoe racks.

Celine_two.jpgThe estate includes an eight-bedroom guesthouse, pool house, tennis house with simulated golf range, children's playroom, game room and on-site salt water extracting facilities for irrigation. But there's more -- the property also has three pools, one by the Atlantic Ocean and two at the front of the property, each with water park-slides, lazy river and water guns included.

Ms. Dion and husband, René Angélil, purchased the land under her Canadian firm, Renlec Management, for $12.5 million in 2005 and later bought the adjacent property for $7 million in 2008, according to The Wall Street Journal. The property was completed in 2010.

Why sell the large property? Ms. Dion will be spending more time in Las Vegas for her Caesars Palace show contract, listing broker Joseph Montanaro told the WSJ.

Within the Jupiter Island Club - which includes Tiger Woods -- Ms. Dion's high price tag passes golfer Greg Norman, who previously listed his Jupiter home for $65 million.
