Castañon further comments, "We are the only luxury Bahamas home community to offer a buyer both an ocean as their front yard and a bayside backyard where they can park their yacht. You have to go to Palm Beach Island to find that kind of ocean-to-bay lot amenity and pay ten-times the price for it."

Alex Capo, president of the Capo Group said, "Our goal is to make Bimini Bay become the French Riviera of the Caribbean that will provide our owners and guests a chic yet relaxed luxury environment."
