Ireland's home prices saw a national increase of 9% on average during 2024, according to Daft.ie's latest House Price Report. By the fourth quarter, the typical listed price nationwide had reached €332,109--1.4% higher than the previous quarter and 30% above pre-pandemic levels.
According to DAFT.ie, housing prices in Ireland increased by an average of 3.1% nationally during the third quarter of 2024. The typical listed price across the country during this period was €344,848, marking a 6.2% rise compared to the same time last year and a 37% increase since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to Daft.ie's latest House Price Report, Ireland housing prices nationally rose by an average of 3.8% in the second quarter of 2024.
Based on new data from Daft.ie, market residential rents rose by an average of 0.6% in the first quarter of 2024. While this marks the thirteenth consecutive quarter in which rents nationwide have increased, the increase between December and March is the smallest in that run.
