South Florida's Old Palm Golf Club Reports Strong Sales

Old Palm Golf Club, one of the premier private and exclusive residential communities in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., recently announced record home sales for the first six months of 2014 totaling more than $74 million.
 
According to an Old Palm representative, the private club had 34 sales year-to-date across all four of Old Palm's distinct neighborhoods: Golf Estates, Grand Estates, Custom Estates, and newly released Isle Estates.
 
Homes range in price from $1.3 to more than $15 million. Last year, Old Palm had 41 transactions totaling more than $91 million in sales at the Raymond Floyd
 
"Sales continue to be extremely strong and show no sign of tapering off," says Connie McGinnis, Director of Sales. "To ensure the strong results continue, we constantly evaluate every aspect of the Old Palm experience, from construction to golf to amenities,  to confirm we're offering the gold standard in South Florida luxury living."
