UNOFI Assurances has bought the Atria building in Paris from GDG Investments for €45 million. The new property completed in 2012 once housed the Baccarat Museum and Pinacoteca Museum.
The property is located at 30bis - 32, rue de Paradis in the 10th district of Paris.
The 5,000-square-meter building has been completely refurbished to incorporate the latest environmental standards, Cushman & Wakefield reports. It is fully leased to a consumer goods tenant under a long-term lease. Details were not disclosed.
