Etihad Launches Cyprus Service with Holiday Packages

(ABU DHABI, UAE) -- Beginning in June travelers to Cyprus, Athens, and Istanbul will be able to take direct flights from Abu Dhabi and enjoy special vacation deals from Etihad Holidays, a division of Etihad Airlines.

When flights to Larnaca begin on June 14, Etihad Holidays is offering three nights at the four-star Mediterranean Beach Hotel and roundtrip airfare from $416 per person. Extra nights cost $61 per person.

Three nights at the five-star Elysium Hotel start at $530 per person. Both hotels are near archaeological sites and Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus where shoppers can find traditional souvenirs as well as many tavernas to relax with a good meal.

With its sunshine, stunning blue waters and true Cypriot hospitality, we are delighted to be bringing great holiday deals to this part of the world for our customers."

For Istanbul, Etihad can send guests to the four-star Nippon Hotel from $600 per person for three nights, with a 20% discount on food and beverage. At the luxurious W Hotel Istanbul, the cost for three nights is $869 per person.

All Istanbul hotels include complimentary breakfast and airport transfers as well as a free half day cruise on the Bosphorus with views of old wooden villas, marble palaces, fortresses and small fishing villages that line the banks. 

In Athens, Etihad provides three nights at the Athanaeum InterContinental from $787 with a free room upgrade to the deluxe category.

Etihad will launch flights to Larnaca, Cyprus, on June 14,  Istanbul on June 1, and Athens on June 2.
