BVI's Oil Nut Bay Marks Numerous Development Milestones

(VIRGIN GORDA, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS) -- The luxury resort-style community of Oil Nut Bay is reporting a round of development progress on its private peninsula here in the British Virgin Islands. According to an Oil Nut Bay spokesperson, the development is actively selling and individual residences are currently under construction.

A beach villa model home known as the "Jewel Box" also recently opened and the beach club is slated to open this season in November/December.

Privately nestled on the eastern tip of the lush island of Virgin Gorda, and only accessible by helicopter or boat, Oil Nut Bay is a 300-acre community offering freehold whole ownership for only 88 families.
