Miami continues to attract the world's high rollers when it comes to uber-lux beachfront condo sales.

This week Faena House, a boutique new luxury condo tower in Miami Beach, announced that it has been sold out, including their $50 million duplex penthouse which is currently under contract.

At that price it would become the most expensive condo ever sold in Miami, shattering the former penthouse condo sales record of $21.5 million for 5,800 square-foot penthouse at the Setai in 2011, as previously reported by WPC News.

At this time Faena Group has not disclosed the actual contract sales price nor the buyer's identity.  The buyer's agent is Jeffrey Miller of Zilbert International Realty.

Faena House is an 18-story oceanfront luxury condominium with 47 residences.  The duplex penthouse itself offers 18,253 SF of living space, featuring 8,273 SF of interior space and almost 10,000 SF of exterior space, which includes a 70 foot long private roof top pool with panoramic views of the ocean, Indian Creek and the Downtown Miami skyline.
