Commercial property broker Lee & Associates is reporting this week the sale of 16.5 acres to Amazon in downtown Santa Ana.

With frontage along the I-5 freeway and easy access to the "Orange Crush" where the 5, 22, and 57 Freeways interconnect, 625 North Grand is an integral piece to Amazon's expansion plans in Southern California.

The sale price of over $63 million is one of the largest Orange County California transactions of 2020 and is a huge win for the transformation of Downtown Santa Ana as it continues to make strides to bring big names to the city. There are a lot of companies that see value in being neighbors with one of the largest companies in the world, says Lee & Associates.

Lee & Associates represented the seller in this transaction.
