CB Richard Ellis Tapped to Lease Miami's Recently Renovated 999 Brickell Office Building

(MIAMI, FL) -- CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Brokerage Services has been engaged to provide landlord brokerage services for 999 Brickell, an 11-story iconic office building totaling approximately 100,000-sq. ft. located in the Brickell submarket of Miami, Fla. Engaged by The Congress Group to represent them in the leasing of the property, Noël Steinfeld, vice president, and Chris Dekker, senior associate, both located in the CBRE Miami office are supported by the full support of the South Florida CBRE Offices.
