Based on Knight Frank's newly released Global Branded Residences Report 2023, the branded residences property sector has enjoyed sustained growth despite significant recent global economic turmoil.
According to new data by CBRE, global commercial real estate investment volume increased by 34% year-over-year to $282 billion in Q1 2022. Investment was up by 47% in the Americas, 25% in EMEA and 5% in Asia-Pacific. Note that all investment totals and percentage changes cited in this report are in U.S. dollars.
The pandemic-induced housing boom continues with prices rising by 9.2% on average across 55 countries and territories in the year to June 2021.
International property broker Knight Frank's latest Global House Price Index is reporting that urban house prices worldwide are rising at their fastest rate since 2007 and of the 150 cities they track, 43 are now registering annual price growth above 10%.
