Auberge Resorts Expands Private Residence Options

Auberge Resorts, owner and operators of some of the most luxurious resorts and clubs in North America, recently enhanced its resort portfolio with an expanded range of private residences to accommodate increased demand from families. With spacious and private residences and family-focused resort programs, Auberge Resorts offers a range of new options in desirable destinations such as Bend, Ore., Bluffton, S.C., Napa Valley, Telluride, Colo., Mammoth Lakes, Calif., and Los Cabos, Mexico.

"We're seeing a trend in multiple-bedroom bookings from families who appreciate having full kitchens, extra space and the privacy of a home with the benefit of resort amenities," said Auberge Resorts CEO  Mark Harmon. "We've enhanced the experience for families even further with our new Auberge Adventures programs. Families and multi-generational groups are drawn to the flexibility of the lodges, homes, cottages, and villas offered at our resorts."

Auberge Resorts recently expanded its residential portfolio in May 2012 to include Pronghorn Golf Club & Resort in Bend, Ore., its first resort in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to direct access to Mt. Bachelor, North America's fifth largest ski area, Pronghorn also boasts a golf academy and The Trailhead, a facility for family recreation and outdoor pursuits.

Auberge Resorts' pet-friendly residences offer an array of on-property amenities and enticing recreational activities enabling families to make the most of each destination. The company now has  world-class residential options at Calistoga Ranch in Northern California, the Auberge Residences at Element 52 in Telluride, Colo., Esperanza in Los Cabos, Mexico, The Inn at Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, S.C., The Auberge Residences at Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, Calif.), and Pronghorn.

The Auberge Residences at Pronghorn offer luxury lodging surrounded by 20,000 acres of undeveloped land, two world-class golf courses and the striking natural beauty of Central Oregon. Residences range in size from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet and offer three- or four- bedroom layouts.

The Auberge Residences at Element 52 are located in the spectacular mountain destination of Telluride, Colo., nestled at the base of the mountain along the banks of the San Miguel River. The club offers 33 two- to- five bedroom residences and townhomes ranging from 2,200 to 5,000 square feet.

Calistoga Ranch is nestled on 157 acres just outside the historic town of Calistoga in a secluded Napa Valley canyon among ancient oaks and pines, a rock-hewn stream, private lake and vineyard.

Twenty-seven private residences are tucked among the trees, and each offers two bedrooms, master bath with outdoor shower and garden, indoor and outdoor living rooms with fireplaces, and expansive kitchen with wine storage.

Esperanza is perched on the bluffs of majestic Punta Ballena overlooking the azure Sea of Cortez at the tip of Mexico's Baja Peninsula. The Auberge Residences at Esperanza offer two-, three- and four bedroom villas with resort access.

The Inn at Palmetto Bluff is located on the largest remaining waterfront property on the East Coast, and the residential community of Palmetto Bluff encompasses an extensive nature preserve, river access and walking trails and a vibrant village center complete with river access.

The Inn at Palmetto Bluff offers 75 homes, ranging from two- to four-bedrooms, with full kitchens featuring Viking appliances and luxury furnishings and easy access to the resort's extensive amenities.

The Auberge Residences at Mammoth, set against the backdrop of the Eastern Sierra Mountains, are comprised of 28 one- to three-bedroom units, each outfitted with fireplaces, top-of-the-line kitchen and bath fixtures, and heated slate bathroom floors.
