Candace Parker Lists Home, Special Feature Included
WNBA player Candace Parker and her husband, pro basketball player Sheldon Williams, have listed their home in the Playa Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles for $1.499 million.
The four-bedroom, three-bath Mediterranean-style home includes two powder rooms, a den/office and 3,700 square feet of living space, according to the listing
Built in 2007, the property features dark hardwood floors, a three-car garage and a master bedroom with three walk-in closets. However, the most distinctive feature may be in the master bathroom.
"They enlarged the shower to accommodate two people over 6 feet tall," listing agent Kofi Natei Nartey of The Agency told Zillow. "It can probably fit five to six people."
The couple purchased another Southern California home to grow as a family, Zillow reports.
Ms. Parker plays for the L.A. Sparks and won the Women's National Basketball Association's most valuable player award in 2008 and again this year. Mr. Williams plays for Tianjin Ronggang of China.
If sold at asking price, the couple would take a loss. Mr. Williams purchased the home in 2008 for $1.799 million.
